Gyokuro Yame "Black Label"


An extraordinary quality Gyokuro made by a master craftsman with over 30 years of experience. This Gyokuro is harvested by hand once a year, from four of the best and most unique cultivars: Yabukita, Yamakai, Sae-Midori and Gokou, and masterfully blended to achieve this masterpiece.

The leaves are luminescent and emerald green and yield an extremely rich and thick brew with incredibly smooth and full mouthfeel. Complex and full of umami; it has a gentle sweetness and a biscuit-y flavour. Exceptional!
