Subscription FAQ

What are the deadlines for placing my subscription order?

Cultivate Tea Club: Place your order by the 14th of each month to receive that month's subscription box. We will ship out the boxes by the 17th of each month.

Hidden Dragons: Subscription boxes will ship in October, December, February, April, June, and August. Place your order before the 1st of these months to start receiving your subscription boxes.

 

What kinds of teas are in the subscriptions?

Cultivate Tea Club: A variety of teas including white, green, oolong, black, pu'erh and herbal will be included, depending on what is seasonal, fresh, and the special teas that we receive from the farmers and craftsman.

Hidden Dragons: There will be an emphasis on white, oolong, and pu’erh/fermented teas. There may be the occasional green and black tea.

 

How much tea comes with each delivery?

We aim for quality over quantity. For the Cultivate Tea Club, approximately 8-10 grams of each tea will be included. Sometimes there will be more, sometimes there will be a bit less.

For The Hidden Dragons, 4-8 grams of each tea will be included, each one is extraordinary and extremely limited.

 

What teas are in next month's subscription?

We curate each month’s subscription based on the season, the freshest teas that we receive from the farms and foragers, and what we especially connect to. Each subscription includes a variety and a surprise.

  

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account on our website. If you have any trouble, contact/call/email us.

 

Can I customize the teas in the subscription boxes?

We may be able to accommodate slight changes, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us if you would like to add notes about your preferences to your subscription box.

 

How much is the shipping cost to my country?

Shipping is calculated after you enter your shipping address during checkout.
