Wuyi Cliff Oolong

Northern Fujian oolongs, commonly known as Yancha, or "Cliff Oolongs," originate in and around the Wuyi Mountains. Their incredible minerality invites us to consider the dense, volcanic rock these tea trees grow on, and their complexity points to the distinct microclimates that make up the Wuyi Nature Reserve.
