Organic Crimson Rose Black Tea
The black tea is from Wuyishan, Fujian, and is a blend of seven cultivars: Shuixian, Jinmudan, Aijiao Oolong, Huangguanyin, Qidan and Birds Tongue. The organic crimson rose is from Heqing, Yunnan. It was harvested by hand in the early spring, and freeze-dried. The black tea and rose are placed in interweaving layers and aged together for six weeks.
The resulting tea is sweet, smooth, with a delicate scent of the roses.
