We can ship across the US and Canada. Usually ships within 1 business day.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you. Please email us at info@cultivatetea.com as soon as possible. Please note that a processing fee is charged by our payment processor at the time of purchase and is non-refundable. We are unable to recover this fee, so it will be deducted from your refund. If an order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

We always ship within one business day. Orders placed before 12 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Our courier collects daily at 3 pm, so orders after that ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 3 pm or over the weekend ship on Monday.

We ship worldwide! - across Canada, the US, and internationally.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship to the US.

How long does delivery take?

Within BC, about 2-3 days; elsewhere in Canada, up to about 5 days to the East Coast; to the US, 5-7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes - contact us as soon as possible at info@cultivatetea.com, and if your order hasn't shipped yet we can update it.
