Tea is non-returnable due to food safety. If you are not satisfied with your tea, please contact us at info@cultivatetea.com and we will do everything we can to help.

Teaware may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been used or damaged.
