Chawan by Danny Kostyshin, fired in soda-fired kiln. Made in Vancouver, BC.

The outside is glazed with Albany slip glaze, rust brown colored with hand carved wavy ridges that are slightly textured. The inside is a black tenmoku glaze.

A small to medium sized chawan that feels intimate in the hands.
