"Matcha Velvet 7" is a new, exclusive line of single origin, single cultivar shincha (new harvest) matcha from Yame, Fukuoka. This series is a rare opportunity to taste matcha from the famous Yame region in its most pristine state: freshly harvested, direct from the grower, and unblended.

We finish our Velvet 7 series with something as remarkable as it is delicious. Seimei tastes so much like chocolate you will be surprised that it is green. Its deep sweetness is lifted up by pretty floral notes – this is one for the sensualists.
