"Matcha Velvet 7" is a new, exclusive line of single origin, single cultivar shincha (new harvest) matcha from Yame, Fukuoka. This series is a rare opportunity to taste matcha from the famous Yame region in its most pristine state: freshly harvested, direct from the grower, and unblended.

The airiest matcha in the Velvet 7 series, this one lands like a fairy. It is a vibrant, chlorophyll rich green and brings an oxygenated clarity and freshness with it. You'll taste sugar crystals in this matcha, before it finishes with a bright, pleasing astringency.
