Snow Rose
These exquisite snow roses are from Suqian, Jiangsu Province — a place where roses have been cultivated since the Tang Dynasty, for roughly 1300 years. They are masterfully tended to and regeneratively farmed, without chemicals or fertilizers.
Once the fresh rose buds are picked, they are allowed to air dry slowly over the course of 2 weeks. Nothing else is added to them before they are finished for use as tea.
The tea of white roses is both more subdued and more sweet than tea from a red rose. These flowers brew a muted, golden liquor that feels silky in the mouth. Their tea is extremely pretty, with undertones of clover honey and hay. While they appear more subtle than other roses, they offer just as potent benefits to the body and spirit.
